What happens after you request an assessment
01 — We review the information
We assess the service you want to advertise, customer value, likely gross profit, available advertising budget, capacity and current lead-handling process.
02 — We identify any gaps
If important information is missing, or the business is not yet ready for paid acquisition, we explain what needs to change before advertising should be considered.
03 — We recommend the next step
Where the commercial case appears suitable, we arrange a discussion and prepare a clear proposal. The assessment does not create a client relationship or guarantee that advertising will be recommended.
The campaign process
01 — Suitability and commercial assessment
We review the service, offer, customer value, gross profit, geographic market, advertising budget, capacity and lead-response process. The aim is to establish whether paid acquisition has a realistic chance of producing commercially useful outcomes.
02 — Strategy and setup
We agree the specific service to advertise, the target customer, service area, qualification criteria, conversion route and initial testing approach. Access, tracking and client responsibilities are confirmed before campaign work begins.
03 — Copy and creative development
Advertising copy, lead-form questions and creative concepts are developed using accurate, client-approved information. Claims must be factual, supportable and suitable for Meta advertising.
04 — Checks and campaign launch
The campaign is checked for accuracy, links, targeting, budget, tracking and approvals. It is launched only after the required access, payment, assets and client approvals have been received.
05 — Lead-quality and performance review
We monitor delivery, valid enquiries, qualification, response times, appointments and customers wherever reliable information is available. Changes are based on evidence rather than reacting to every short-term fluctuation.
06 — Commercial decision
At each review stage, we decide whether to continue, adjust the offer, change creative, alter qualification, improve the client response process or recommend stopping further spend.
Review points at days 14, 30 and 60
DAY 14 — Early delivery and enquiry review
We check campaign delivery, obvious technical issues, initial enquiry quality and whether leads are being contacted and recorded correctly. Major early problems are addressed, but conclusions may still be limited by the amount of data available.
DAY 30 — First structured performance review
We review spend, valid enquiries, qualification, creative performance, response times and early commercial outcomes. This is usually the first meaningful opportunity to decide what should continue, change or be tested next.
DAY 60 — Commercial direction
We assess the accumulated evidence, including enquiry quality, appointments, customers and known revenue where supplied. The campaign may continue, be restructured or stop if the available evidence does not justify further investment.
