THE ENQUIRY WORKS | META ADS MANAGEMENT

If our fees don’t pay for themselves in 90 days, your next 90 days of management are free.

If our fees don’t pay for themselves in 90 days, your next 90 days of management are free.

We call it the 90-Day Fee Payback Promise. If The Enquiry Works accepts your campaign, we measure whether the customers generated through Meta Ads have produced enough attributable gross profit to cover our first 90 days of fees. If they haven’t, we waive our management fee for up to the following 90 days.

Not every business or campaign will qualify. The Review helps us work out whether Meta Ads makes commercial sense before either of us commits.

No creative accounting. Here’s the number.

Our initial fees over the first 90 days are:

£495 + £550 + £550 + £550 = £2,145

£495 + £550 + £550 + £550 = £2,145

The benchmark is therefore £2,145 in attributable gross profit from confirmed customers generated through the campaign.

This is based on gross profit from confirmed customers — not revenue, leads, clicks, impressions or what Ads Manager says happened.

If the numbers haven’t caught up, our fee comes off the table.

The initial management fees have paid for themselves. We review the campaign and decide together what the sensible next step is.

The promise applies to The Enquiry Works’ management fees — not your advertising spend.

We don’t accept every campaign.

More leads are not automatically better leads. Before taking on a campaign, we want to understand whether the commercial foundations are there to give Meta Ads a fair chance of working.

The type of enquiries you actually want

What a new customer is worth and your gross margin

What you can realistically afford to pay to acquire a customer

Your available Meta advertising budget and lead response

Capacity to handle additional demand

Whether customer outcomes can be tracked properly

When we accept a campaign, we’re willing to put our own management fee on the line.

What we’re not promising

The 90-Day Fee Payback Promise is not:

A guarantee of a particular number of leads or customers

A guarantee of revenue or profit

A promise to recover your Meta advertising spend

A cash refund or a promise Meta Ads is suitable for every business

Meta advertising involves commercial risk and results cannot be guaranteed. The purpose of the promise is narrower: if an accepted campaign does not generate enough attributable gross profit to cover The Enquiry Works’ initial £2,145 in fees within the first 90 live campaign days, we put our own management fee at risk for the next stage.

For the promise to mean anything, both sides need to do their part.

Eligibility for the 90-Day Fee Payback Promise depends on the agreed campaign conditions being maintained.

Maintaining the agreed advertising budget

Responding to enquiries promptly and providing accurate outcome information

Allowing reasonable tracking of attributable customers

Maintaining capacity and keeping the agreed service commercially available

Avoiding major unagreed changes that materially affect the campaign

Full eligibility and measurement conditions will be agreed before a campaign starts.

We follow the money, not just the leads.

We follow the money, not just the leads.

Meta spend → Valid enquiry → Contactable → Qualified → Appointment → Customer → Gross profit

A cheap lead can be expensive if it never becomes a customer. That’s why The Enquiry Works measures performance beyond cost per lead. The number that ultimately matters for the Fee Payback Promise is attributable gross profit from confirmed customers.

Could this work for your business?

The first step isn’t signing a contract. Apply for a 30-Minute Meta Ads Opportunity & Payback Review. We’ll look at your commercial numbers, the enquiries you want, your proposed advertising budget, customer value, follow-up process and what would need to be true for Meta Ads to make sense. If it looks worthwhile, suitable applicants will be invited to book a Review with Liam Carlton. If it doesn’t make commercial sense, we’ll say so.

The Enquiry Works is built around a simple principle: Better enquiries. Properly measured. We’re interested in whether Meta Ads produces commercially useful customers — not whether a dashboard can be made to look impressive.

The 90-Day Fee Payback Promise is subject to agreed eligibility and participation conditions. Meta advertising results, enquiry volumes, customers, revenue and profitability cannot be guaranteed. Meta advertising spend is paid separately by the client directly to Meta and is not covered by the Fee Payback Promise.
